Deputy Frank Ward as WCPOA President

WCPOA formally elects Deputy Frank Ward as WCPOA President. Frank had previously been serving in the capacity of Interim President for the last several months, due to the retirement of former WCPOA President Patrick Altiere. We are grateful to Patrick for his dedication and service to the WCPOA and we welcome Frank with open arms!
